Tools Inc. has a well-equipped machine shop that enables us to fabricate all of our dies in house. CNC machining centers assure replication of your geometry in the final product. Our toolmakers provide real-time feedback to our designers on tool assembly and performance and perform services to all of the dies we run in house.
Tools Inc. earned its reputation by developing deep draw dies for the Lawn and Garden, Motorcycle and Appliance industries, all of which require cosmetic class “A” surface finishes in low carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
Here at Tools Inc. we fabricate medium and large progressive dies; some are small three to four station single part out dies, while others are over 120” long, have in excess of ten stations, and produce multiple pieces.
Another unique service employed at Tools Inc. is that of “shimmy trimming”, which allows for a complete 360 degree trim in a single stroke of a Hartup Model Trim Press. Tools Inc. has been designing, building and maintaining close tolerance model trim dies for over 40 years.
